Purchase Orders

The 5S Store does accept purchase orders ($50.00 minimum) from legitimate companies only, within the United States and Canada under Net 30 Terms.
If you can not accommodate these terms, than you may place your order directly on line using a MasterCard, Visa, or American Express card.

To open up an account with The 5S Store the following information must be received:
• A list of company credit references
• Detailed "Bill To" information. (This would include contact name, address, phone number(s), and email address.)
This information can be emailed to: sales@the5sstore.com or faxed to 978-842-4633 for review.


Once the company has been approved, purchase orders may be:

• Fax: 978-842-4633 or
• Mail: The 5S Store, PO Box 834, Pepperell, MA 01463.

All purchase orders received are checked for product and pricing accuracy, adjustments will be made accordingly.

Order confirmations are provided via email.
