Purchase Orders

The 5S Store does accept purchase orders ($50.00 minimum) from legitimate companies only, within the United States and Canada under Net 30 Terms. If you can not accommodate these terms, than you may place your order directly on line using a MasterCard, Visa, or American Express card.

To open up an account with The 5S Store the following information must be received:

A list of company credit references

Detailed "Bill To" information. (This would include address, phone number(s), fax number, email address, and contact name.)
This information can be faxed to 978-842-4633 or emailed to sales@the5sstore.com for review.


Once the company has been approved, purchase orders may be:

All purchase orders received are checked for product and pricing accuracy, adjustments will be made accordingly. Purchase orders are faxed back to the purchaser as a confirmation of receipt.
