Maintenance: Updates will be provided at no charge to stay in sync with hardware, operating system, and software changes.
Enhancements: Free access to all new features including major new releases of eVSM.
Support: Email and webmeeting based support on the application and learning of eVSM
Licenses purchased with No ME&S are limited to updates and support for 1 month from date of purchase. Licenses purchased with no ME&S, get locked to the version of eVSM that is first registered. Changing to a newer version later will incur an upgrade fee.
License Agreement & Software Delivery:
- An End-User License Agreement will be emailed. It must be signed and returned.
- The Software will be delivered electronically via email within 2 business day of receiving the signed agreement.
System Requirements:
- Windows XP/Win7 (32-bit and 64-bit).
- Visio 2003/2007/2010 - both Standard and Professional editions are supported (32-bit only). Both, Visio Professional and Visio Standard editions are supported.
- Excel 2003/2007/2010 (32-bit and 64-bit).
Note: Visio and Excel are not included in the eVSM software, they must be acquired and installed separately. You can download a free 60-day trial copy of Visio from: http://www.microsoft.com/visio
Pre-requisites:
Microsoft Visio 2003-2010 (32-bit & 64-bit) and Excel 2000-2010 (32-bit & 64-bit). Both Standard and Professional editions of Visio are supported.
Note that Visio and Excel are NOT included in the eVSM software. Visio and Excel must be purchased and installed independently.
Local Language:
eVSM is supported on local language versions of Windows and Visio. eVSM allows drawing of maps in any local languages available on your Windows machine. The Help-site and Icon descriptions for eVSM are not localized, they are available only in English.
License Security:
The eVSM software is hardware Locked. This means each purchased license can run only on one machine.
Return Policy:
The customer is responsible for making sure the software will work in their environment. To facilitate this ahead of a purchase, fully functional but time-limited trial versions of the software products are made available along with supporting documentation and technical support. The software once purchased is non-returnable.
